Trade and services sector reinforces the importance of voting for the positive register by the National Congress

 

Entities in the sector of commerce and Services met, last week, in Brasilia, with the chief minister of the Civil House, Eliseu Padilha, to reinforce the urgency of voting the highlights and amendments to the proposal of the law of the positive register. On the last day of August 07, the group had held a meeting with the Chief Minister of the Secretariat of Government, Carlos Marun.

The Vice-President of the National Confederation of Shopkeepers and president of CDL-DF, José Carlos Magalhães Pinto, the chairman of CDL-Caxias do Sul, Ivonei Miguel Pioner, represented the Cndl in the meeting. by SPC Brasil, André Pellizzaro and Bianca Robles participated in the institutional and governmental relations team of the entity.

"The consumer will realize the advantages of this project over time, when he is going to make a credit, when buying a house or any other good. The retail and credit companies will notice that the consumer has a punctuality in payments, which will generate lower interest for the good payer, "said Magalhães Pinto.

The text of the Positivo register has already been approved in the Commission in the Federal Chamber and is on the agenda of the House plenary. After being appreciated by the deputies, he will proceed to the Senate and then to the presidential sanction.

"The Government is aware of the benefits of the approval of the Positivo register and the sector understands that the text is mature, well written and contemplates all the changes that were necessary throughout the discussions," Pioner assured.

Executives from other entities interested in the matter, such as the president of Sebrae Nacional, Guilherme Afif Domingos, were also at the hearing.
