Known for his dedication to the family, Joaquim Pereira built his legacy with work and dynamism. It was known to be active, always seeking improvements and facilitating the services that the CDL offered to the time it was president. 

Devoted to the family, was very participant in the life of the children, who were five. His company, Pereira & Cato was founded in the years 1950 and remained active until the years 1990. It specializes in the sale of construction materials and fittings, located at Rua João Pessoa in the city center. 

Always ahead of his time, Joaquim was graduated in Business administration, at CDL always preached for the modernization and fluidity of the services, so that the entity would contribute each time to the growth of the campinense trade.
