The substitute judge of the 1st Labor Court, David Servio Coqueiro dos Santos, judged as proceeding the civil action public, moved by the House of shopkeepers-cdl of Campina Grande, guaranteeing the full functioning of the trade this Friday, June 30, When the trade unions organize a "general Strike" paralization.

In the decision, the judge took into account the acts practiced by demonstrators during the movement held on April 28, when shopkeepers were threatened and had the heritage depreciated by demonstrators, this fact, which could be repeated in the movement of this Friday.  

The magistrate stressed the need to guarantee the right to come and go and the right not to participate in the Paratrost movement, in addition to the proper maintenance of ownership, thus prohibiting its disturbance.

 

 Thus, demonstrators are prevented from practicing the following acts:

 

A) Enter (invade) the dependencies of traders;

b) To force the closure of the merchants ' doors represented by the applicant;

c) threaten and constrain retailers, customers and trade workers, especially the city center;

d) cause damage to the economic category of trade;

e) Close streets and avenues other than those used to carry out the movement and previously informed the competent authorities;

f) prohibit, disrupt and/or otherwise hinder the movement of buses in the city.

 

The organisers of the movement will have to pay a fine of R $20,000.00 (20000 reais), for each irregular practice verified, that is, for each occasion in which the failure to comply with the above obligations is verified.
