The entrepreneurial women's nucleus was created in the year 2016 with the purpose of complementing the actions of CDL Campina Grande and of allowing the female participation to be stronger.

 The woman CDL is formed by nine women. They represent several business segments and will also be responsible for forwarding the activities of the group.
